A short preview: most of the trouble on sales calls comes from a small handful of phrases. Guarantees, "you can't lose", "no interest, no fees", and vague statements about accreditation and outcomes. Each of them is fine in some contexts and a problem in others. The distinction is almost never in the training deck.
