This website, callcomply.ai, is operated under the trading name “Call Comply” by Blue Horizon Consulting LLC, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (referred to in these Terms as “Call Comply”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Blue Horizon Consulting LLC holds the intellectual property underlying the Call Comply system. All contracts, invoices and formal engagements originating from this website are entered into by Blue Horizon Consulting LLC.

By accessing or using callcomply.ai, or by submitting an enquiry through this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit an enquiry.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Call Comply is an AI compliance consultancy and implementation partner. We design and build call-compliance systems inside client environments. The content on this website, including the free call checker and any insights articles, is general information about the regulatory environment and does not constitute legal, financial or professional advice.

Where we engage with a client, the terms of that specific engagement are set out in a separate written services agreement. That services agreement supersedes these website Terms to the extent of any inconsistency in relation to the engagement.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the website in a way that breaches any applicable law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any related systems;
• Interfere with, disrupt or place unreasonable load on the website or the free call checker;
• Submit content through any form (including the free call checker or the book-a-call form) that infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or that you are not lawfully entitled to submit; or
• Scrape, copy or republish substantial portions of the website content without our prior written consent.

The call checker at /check is provided as a demonstration only. Transcripts you paste or load remain in your browser during the check. Do not paste content you are not authorised to process, or content containing personal information you cannot lawfully share.

Results generated by the checker are illustrative. They are not compliance findings, legal advice, or a substitute for a properly calibrated compliance review of your actual call recordings.

All content and intellectual property on callcomply.ai, including text, graphics, logos, the soundwave-into-checkmark wordmark, the free checker interface, the insights articles, the Call Comply methodology and the underlying code, is owned by Blue Horizon Consulting LLC (Dubai, United Arab Emirates). “Call Comply” is a trading name of Blue Horizon Consulting LLC. You may view and share this content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. All other rights are reserved.

We take reasonable care to ensure the information on this website is accurate at the time of publication, but we make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or current relevance. Regulatory information in particular changes; you should confirm your specific obligations with a qualified legal adviser before relying on anything published here.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, being the jurisdiction in which Blue Horizon Consulting LLC is registered. You and Blue Horizon Consulting LLC submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the website.

Nothing in this clause limits any non-excludable rights an Australian consumer has under the Australian Consumer Law where those rights apply.
